Travel RN Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,000-$3,160
- Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- End Date: January 23, 2027
- Openings: 2
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, daytime shifts
- Shift Duration: 8 hours; variable daytime schedules, including approximately 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
- Call and Weekend Coverage: No weekends, holidays, or call
- Healthcare Setting: Outpatient OB/GYN clinic providing antenatal, gynecological, maternal-fetal medicine, oncology, reproductive endocrinology, and general gynecology services
Outpatient OB/GYN RN Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of outpatient OB/GYN nursing experience required
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate
- Current ACLS certification
- Women’s health, telephone triage, and labor and delivery experience preferred
- Strong patient assessment, communication, organization, and care-coordination skills
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for obstetric and gynecologic patients
- Provide telephone triage, clinical guidance, patient education, and follow-up coordination
- Support patients receiving antenatal, prenatal, maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic, oncology, and reproductive health services
- Assist with care for patients undergoing gynecological procedures and specialty evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with providers and the broader care team
- Coordinate services, communicate changes in patient condition, and promote continuity of care
- Provide clinical support in a busy outpatient clinic serving a diverse patient population across multiple women’s health specialties
