Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience, preferably in OB/GYN, women’s health, labor & delivery, or a related acute care setting
- Active RN license in good standing
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain strong attention to detail during overnight hours
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced women’s health clinical environment
- Travel nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care for OB/GYN and women’s health patients in a clinical setting
- Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and respond to changes in patient status
- Support care coordination and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Assist with routine clinical procedures and patient flow as needed
- Educate patients and families with compassion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care protocols
