Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse Travel Job – Garfield Heights / Cleveland, Ohio

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start
- One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty
- Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills in an acute care setting
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and support individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote safe, efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols and hospital standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout each shift
