Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Comfort working night shifts in a fast-paced float pool or telemetry role
- Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to Med/Surg Tele patients in a float pool setting
- Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
- Document accurately and efficiently in the Epic EMR system
- Adapt quickly to changing assignments, unit needs, and patient acuity
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and strong clinical judgment throughout the assignment
