• Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health
• Location: Harrison, AR 72601
• Coverage Area: Eureka Springs area
• Start Date: 9/21/2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, approximately 40 hours per week
• Shift Window: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,370 – $1,440
• On-Call Requirement: Yes, one weekend per month
• Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement provided between visits
• Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
• Certification: CPR required
• Education: Associate degree required

Job Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
• Strong clinical judgment within scope of practice
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care team members
• Experience with home health documentation and timely charting
• Current CPR certification required
• Flexibility to participate in weekend rotation and occasional holiday coverage
• HCHB experience is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn new skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health nursing services in the patient’s home according to the plan of care and state nursing regulations
• Observe, assess, and report patient needs to the supervising RN
• Coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, and agency staff to support continuity of care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including medication lists and visit records
• Support quality improvement efforts to promote positive patient outcomes
• Attend case conferences and required meetings with professionalism and punctuality
• Assist with episode management and adapt to scheduling needs as patient care requires
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure excellent patient service
