Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,220-$2,380
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital radiology department
• Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist
• Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour evening shifts
• Schedule: 40 hours per week with an every-other-weekend obligation
• Weekend Schedule: When scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Monday and Friday are scheduled days off
• Assignment Dates: October 12, 2026-January 10, 2027
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working as a CT Technologist or Computed Tomography Technologist
• ARRT certification in computed tomography (ARRT-CT)
• Current CT technologist credentials and license or certification verification
• Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend
• Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to complete required facility credentialing, screening, and compliance requirements

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations in accordance with established imaging protocols and hospital radiology department standards
• Prepare patients for computed tomography procedures, explain examinations, and promote comfort and cooperation
• Operate CT imaging equipment safely and effectively while maintaining diagnostic image quality
• Verify patient information, review imaging orders, and document examinations accurately
• Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and patient identification procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
• Monitor patients throughout CT examinations and respond appropriately to changing needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe CT imaging environment
