• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,350-$1,420

LPN Job Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• At least 1 year of practical nursing experience preferred
• Experience in long-term care, inpatient rehabilitation, medical-surgical nursing, or a similar patient-care setting preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with complex rehabilitation needs
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts and fulfill the full assignment commitment

Inpatient Rehabilitation LPN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation environment
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in health status, and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate members of the care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established orders, safety standards, and protocols
• Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting independence, mobility, and functional progress
• Support individualized rehabilitation plans for patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, traumatic, and other serious conditions
• Document assessments, nursing interventions, patient responses, and changes in condition accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote patient safety, recovery, and quality of life
• Educate patients and families about care plans, recovery goals, medications, and ongoing support needs
