Travel Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care Dialysis – Salt Lake City, Utah

Travel Nursing Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130-$2,250
- Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
- Assignment Dates: November 2, 2026 through February 22, 2027
- Contract Duration: 16 weeks
- Schedule: Generally four days per week with 36 hours guaranteed
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, typically 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; shift times may vary
- Call Requirement: Approximately one to two call shifts per week
- Weekend Requirement: Work every other weekend
- Work Setting: On-site acute dialysis care; willingness to float to hospitals within the local market is required
- Dress Code: Navy or Caribbean blue scrubs
Dialysis Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Utah
- At least 2 years of acute care dialysis nursing experience
- Strong patient assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical nursing skills
- Ability to provide safe patient care during 12-hour day shifts
- Willingness to participate in call coverage and work every other weekend
- Willingness to float to hospitals within the Salt Lake City local market
Acute Dialysis Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving acute dialysis services
- Assess patient conditions, monitor treatment response, and promptly communicate changes in status
- Collaborate with providers and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and therapies in accordance with established clinical standards
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
- Respond effectively to urgent patient needs and treatment-related complications
- Adapt to changing assignments and provide acute dialysis nursing coverage across hospitals within the local market as needed
