Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or active multistate RN license
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
- TNCC or equivalent trauma nursing education
- PALS or ENPC certification
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, rapidly changing emergency care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients of all ages
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
- Respond effectively to urgent and emergent patient needs in a fast-paced ER setting
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe patient outcomes
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Maintain a calm, professional presence in a high-pressure emergency nursing environment
