• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,030 – $3,190
• Setting: Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• ACLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
• Labor and Delivery experience required; high-risk OB experience preferred
• One year of recent high-risk Labor & Delivery experience within the last 2 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate maternal and newborn care throughout the labor and delivery process
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support safe, positive birth experiences through attentive bedside nursing
• Assist with high-risk obstetric care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff
• Deliver patient education and emotional support to families during an important life event
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and excellent patient outcomes
