Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry
- Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Orientation: 16 hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 – $2,010
- Location: Euclid, Ohio (44119)
- Start Date: 10/23/2026
Job Requirements
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license in hand at the time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry, medical-surgical nursing, or a closely related acute care specialty
- Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months
- One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty
- Ability to successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation
- Willingness to work at least every other holiday
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical-surgical telemetry patients
- Monitor telemetry rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, complete assessments, and document care accurately in Epic
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress
- Prioritize patient safety, timely interventions, and excellent clinical communication
- Maintain compliance with unit expectations, testing requirements, and assigned holiday coverage
