ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nurse Assignment in Dallas, TX 75243

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care and hospital setting
- Comfort collaborating with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients with varying levels of acuity
- Monitor vital signs, lab results, and patient conditions closely, escalating concerns as needed
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and hospital protocols
- Support timely interventions and help maintain a safe, stable patient environment
- Document patient care accurately in the medical record and communicate effectively with the care team
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the travel nursing assignment
