- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030-$2,190
- Call Requirement: Rotating after-hours and weekend call, approximately 12-15 days per month
- Floating: Emergency Department, Discharge Lounge, and other areas within your skill set
Cath Lab Tech Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
- Experience scrubbing in the cath lab and assisting with panning
- Current RCIS, ACLS, RT, ARRT, or RT (R) ARRT credentials as applicable
- Comfort working in a high-acuity procedural and cardiac care environment
- Strong communication skills with an assertive, team-oriented approach
- Experience with electrophysiology, interventional radiology, or interventional neuro procedures is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Support safe, efficient patient flow in a busy cardiovascular procedural setting
- Work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, and technologists during complex cases
- Operate effectively with advanced equipment such as temporary pacemakers, IABP, Impella, IVUS, IFR, Shockwave, and GE Mac Lab monitoring
- Participate in on-call coverage and weekend rotations as scheduled
- Maintain a professional presence and deliver high-quality patient care throughout every shift
