- Facility Environment: 7 operating rooms, 1:1 patient care ratio, Meditech EHR

Job Requirements
- Active RN license eligible for practice in West Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nurse experience
- Experience circulating in specialties such as General Surgery, GYN, Vascular, Orthopedics, Urology, Podiatry, and DaVinci robotic cases
- Current ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS certifications
- OR scrub and circulator experience preferred
- CNOR certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach
- Ability to adapt to a busy surgical environment and float as needed within the department
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality circulating nurse support in the Operating Room
- Assist with a wide range of surgical cases, including general, gynecologic, vascular, orthopedic, urologic, podiatric, and robotic procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members to ensure smooth case flow
- Maintain patient safety, sterility, and efficient workflow throughout the surgical experience
- Support call coverage and weekend coverage as scheduled
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
