Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry or medical-surgical nursing
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong telemetry monitoring, acute care nursing, and inpatient clinical skills
- Ability to work independently on night shift in a dynamic hospital setting
- Demonstrated clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient status
- Administer medications, complete patient assessments, and document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support treatment plans
- Respond quickly to patient needs and maintain safe, efficient shift workflow
- Deliver compassionate bedside care while upholding strong clinical standards
