• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,420 – $1,530

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience required
• NICU respiratory therapy experience required
• Strong experience supporting adult and neonatal patient populations
• Ability to assist with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and Hamilton C1 ventilation
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred, with the ability to obtain after hire
• NRP preferred, with the ability to obtain after hire
• Experience with Meditech electronic medical record systems is helpful
• Must be available for night shift respiratory therapist coverage and every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services for adult, neonatal, and NICU patients
• Set up, monitor, and manage respiratory equipment and ventilatory support
• Deliver therapy using CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and Hamilton C1 systems
• Assess patient status and respond to changing respiratory needs in an acute care environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support quality patient outcomes
• Document respiratory therapy interventions accurately in the electronic medical record
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, procedures, and patient care standards
• Support a flexible night-shift schedule with every other weekend coverage
