• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• Orthopedic nursing, surgical, or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and patient education skills
• Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to orthopedic patients
• Monitor patient condition, assess changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards
• Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care needs
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and care team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on recovery, mobility, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety at all times
