Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Current CPR certification
• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing, with the ability to practice in the state as required
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Implement and modify outpatient rehabilitation treatment plans to support meaningful progress toward discharge goals
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation, including treatment notes, goal writing, and charge entry
• Ensure care is delivered under valid physician orders and within approved clinical guidelines
• Educate patients, families, students, and team members as part of the rehabilitation and recovery process
• Promote patient and employee safety by following clinic guidelines and safe work practices
• Participate in student learning experiences, performance improvement efforts, and ongoing professional development
• Uphold professional standards, compliance expectations, and a team-oriented approach to care
