Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Prior rehabilitation nursing, med-surg, or acute care experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced rehab setting
- Flexibility to support a 12-hour day shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or complex medical conditions
- Monitor patient status, assess progress, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team
- Support individualized rehabilitation plans and help patients achieve recovery goals
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical standards
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal outcomes
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey
