Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care / Rehab Travel Nursing Job in Clive, Iowa

This 13-week travel assignment is a great fit for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about providing compassionate, hands-on care in a fast-paced inpatient rehab and long-term care environment. You’ll support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 – $1,540

Job Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license required
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing, long-term care, or a similar acute care setting preferred
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care in a structured clinical environment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Dependable attendance and flexibility to work night shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
- Support individualized rehabilitation plans and patient progress goals
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility protocols
- Assist with daily patient needs while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
