Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Vestibular therapy experience is a plus
• Flexible, team-oriented approach to patient care
• Professional casual attire

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatment in a one-on-one outpatient setting
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
• Collaborate with therapy and support staff to support excellent patient outcomes
• Use routine outpatient rehabilitation equipment and treatment methods
• Maintain a positive, adaptable, and patient-focused approach throughout the assignment
