Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NIHSS certification required
- Recent reference from a manager, supervisor, ANM, or director in the specialty
- Strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and telemetry interpretation skills
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements and assessments prior to start
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and document patient care accurately
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support individualized care plans
- Respond to evolving patient needs with strong critical thinking and time management
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional nursing care
