Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent emergency room, Emergency Department, or acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment
- Comfort working 12-hour night shifts as a travel RN
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients with urgent and emergent needs
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient emergency care environment
