- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 – $2,010
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing or acute care nursing experience
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to care for a diverse patient population from pediatric to geriatric
- Familiarity with safe patient handling, emergency equipment, and standard safety practices
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver safe, effective nursing care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and patient progress
- Support patient and family education throughout the care experience
- Follow safety protocols, infection prevention practices, and national patient safety goals
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
