Fast-paced ER RN travel opportunity in Bentonville, Arkansas. Join a supportive Emergency Department team and deliver high-acuity patient care in a 13-week travel nurse assignment in Northwest Arkansas.
Job Details
- Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Hours per Week: 36
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 – $1,540
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, rapid assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency care environment
- Travel nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
- Perform triage, assessments, and timely interventions for acute and emergent conditions
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient status changes accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions according to protocols
- Support safe, efficient patient flow throughout the Emergency Department
