Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) Travel Contract – Fayetteville, Arkansas
Travel Labor & Delivery RN needed in Fayetteville, AR. Join a supportive, fast-paced maternal-child nursing team for a 13-week travel assignment in Northwest Arkansas. - Duration: 13 weeks
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Schedule: Every other weekend required; call shifts 2x per scheduled period
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multistate RN license
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Post-partum experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment in a high-acuity obstetric setting
- Experience in maternal-child health, labor and delivery, or women’s health nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Assist with deliveries and support safe, efficient obstetric workflows
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to protocol
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety and quality care
