- Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN / ER Nurse)
- Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $1,890
- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
- Call: None
- Orientation: Bi-weekly
- Patient Population: All ages
- Environment: 22-bed Emergency Department with varied acuity and high-volume, high-impact care
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- Current TNCC certification required
- Trauma nursing and pediatric emergency experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, resilience, and a patient-first attitude
- Comfort working with a broad range of emergency cases and patient acuity levels
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
- Assess, triage, monitor, and treat patients with varying acuity levels in a fast-paced Emergency Department
- Support care for trauma, STEMI, psych, cardiac, GI, stroke, and other emergent cases
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record
- Respond quickly and confidently to changes in patient condition
- Uphold professional standards, unit protocols, and a positive team culture
