- On-Call/Weekend Requirement: One week per month, Friday to Friday
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 – $2,230

- Contract Duration: 14 weeks

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred; home health experience strongly preferred
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher
- Professional certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Experience with wound care and IV management is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform wound care, IV management, and other ordered nursing interventions
- Deliver patient and family education to support safe care at home
- Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and report changes as needed
- Coordinate care within the home health team to help ensure quality outcomes
- Document visits accurately and maintain timely clinical records
- Travel within the assigned coverage area to complete patient visits
- Follow established care plans while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
