Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Experience in a fast-paced acute care or emergency nursing setting
- Ability to adapt quickly and support patient care needs across the unit
- Flexibility to float as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency patients with varying acuity levels
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient status throughout treatment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient patient flow
- Respond to urgent and emergent situations with confidence, professionalism, and clinical judgment
- Document care accurately using the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Maintain a calm, compassionate presence in a busy Emergency Department environment
