Job Requirements
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg, acute care, or ICU
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently on night shift
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
- Experience supporting adult medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
- Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to plan of care
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the medical record
- Maintain a calm, organized approach while supporting a busy acute care unit
