Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in network operations, network coordination, cybersecurity support, or a related technical environment
• Basic networking literacy, including VPNs, firewalls, and site-to-site connectivity concepts
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Clear, proactive written communication skills
• Ability to manage tracking tools, documentation, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with CMDB records, migration trackers, or technical inventory data is preferred
• Ability to support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technical environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and current inventory of site-to-site VPN connections included in the migration scope
• Validate migration tracking data against CMDB records and reconcile discrepancies with engineers or asset owners
• Collect and organize technical details such as circuit IDs, IP schemas, tunnel parameters, and dependencies into shared tracking tools
• Track migration progress for each connection and identify stalled items, inconsistencies, or follow-up needs
• Gather post-cutover validation notes and incident details to support ongoing documentation and process improvement
• Build and maintain the master migration schedule in coordination with engineering leads
• Help sequence cutovers to avoid conflicts with change freezes, business-critical windows, or dependent systems
• Schedule recurring migration meetings, prepare agendas, and send reminders and follow-ups to stakeholders
• Coordinate change ticket timing to support proper logging and approvals before execution
• Support the technical team by keeping documentation, timelines, and communication organized and up to date
