Job Requirements
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred
- Experience in a hospital, acute care, or inpatient clinical setting
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent bedside communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Comfortable working night shift in a fast-paced hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Provide routine and specialized respiratory therapy services to hospital patients
- Assess patient respiratory status and respond to changing clinical needs
- Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and other respiratory interventions
- Support patients in emergency, critical care, and general inpatient areas as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and maintain high standards of patient safety
