Registered Dietitian Job Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required
- At least 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- Experience in behavioral health, eating disorders, outpatient nutrition, or hospital nutrition services preferred
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Willingness to float to other qualified areas as needed
- Ability to complete compliance and onboarding requirements prior to start
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments for adolescent, adult, senior, and postpartum patient populations
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans and treatment recommendations to support recovery and overall wellness
- Provide meal support, nutrition counseling, education, and therapeutic diet guidance
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Support patients with behavioral health and nutrition-related needs, including eating disorders and co-occurring conditions
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic EMR
- Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment focused on long-term progress
