Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist Assistant experience required; 2 years preferred
• Experience and competency with orthopedic patients, young athletes, post-operative patients, debility, falls, and balance
• Current Oklahoma or compact state PTA licensure required
• Current BLS certification required
• Meditech charting experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Comfort working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in an outpatient rehab setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Physical Therapist Assistant services in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Support treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Assist patients with improving balance, coordination, mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Work closely with the rehabilitation team to promote safe, effective, goal-oriented care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical workflows
• Adapt care to meet the needs of a varied patient population in a collaborative healthcare environment
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through encouragement, professionalism, and consistent support
