Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction
• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy interventions designed to improve function and support a safe return to daily activities
• Modify treatment plans as needed to reflect patient progress and clinical response
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other therapy professionals to support high-quality patient care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
• Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
