Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Operating Room RN or perioperative nursing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical setting
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
- Commitment to safe, high-quality patient care and surgical nursing best practices
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and surgical team members to support efficient operating room workflow
- Monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Maintain a sterile, safe, and organized operating room environment
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the care team throughout each case
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, attentive care
