• Schedule: 4 shifts per week, primarily Monday through Thursday nights

Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional respiratory therapy experience
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• EPIC electronic medical record experience strongly preferred
• Ability to provide safe, effective respiratory care in a hospital environment
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to varied scheduling needs

Respiratory Therapy Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to hospitalized patients across a range of acuity levels
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients experiencing respiratory conditions
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies according to established care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in EPIC
• Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and support airway management interventions
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care during scheduled shifts and varied clinical situations
