Job Requirements

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an Emergency Department, ER, or acute care setting
• Current certifications accepted by AHA or ARC as applicable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency care environment and respond effectively to changing priorities
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Completion of required onboarding, compliance, and work history verification prior to start

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to Emergency Department patients with a wide range of needs and acuity levels
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring in a rapid-paced clinical setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support timely patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Support safe, efficient workflow while maintaining professionalism and compassionate care
