Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

- Shift: Day shift; schedule may include 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
- Hours per Week: 40
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870-$1,970
- Start Date: 10/5/2026
- Schedule Notes: No weekend shifts unless called in; call coverage may include 1-2 weekday calls per week and 1-2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks.
Job Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in Endoscopy or the applicable specialty
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months
- Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient care communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in the Endoscopy unit
- Assist with patient preparation, monitoring, and recovery throughout endoscopic procedures
- Support physicians and the care team during procedures while maintaining efficient patient flow
- Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and respond to changes in condition as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain professional standards, safety practices, and a patient-first approach in a busy acute care setting
