- Position: CT Technologist / Computed Tomography Technologist

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 10-hour nights
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,170 – $2,330
- Location: Richmond, Virginia
- Environment: Supportive hospital imaging department with multiple CT scanners and modern workflow tools
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience in a hospital or acute care imaging setting
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Current BLS certification
- Active Virginia state license
- Strong clinical knowledge in all CT procedures, including neuro CT and perfusion studies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital-based imaging department
- Reliable, detail-oriented approach with strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of CT imaging exams for hospital patients
- Complete neuro and perfusion CT procedures accurately and efficiently
- Operate GE CT imaging equipment while maintaining high standards for image quality and patient safety
- Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures with professionalism and compassion
- Document imaging studies in Meditech accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with radiology, nursing, and clinical teams to support smooth patient flow
- Follow department policies, imaging protocols, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready work environment
