• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
• Start Date: 09/21/2026
• End Date: 12/21/2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekend Rotation: Once per month
• Charting Systems: EPIC and Rehab Connect
• Attire: Black scrubs

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required; 1-3 years in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehab is preferred
• Active OT certification/credentialing as applicable for practice
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with electronic medical record documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Collaborative, cooperative, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy interventions to support recovery, function, and independence
• Work with patients recovering from stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, debility, and related conditions
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support positive patient outcomes
• Adjust treatment approaches based on patient progress, goals, and clinical needs
• Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach in a dynamic rehab environment
