Job Details
- Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 – $1,540
- Location: San Antonio, Texas 78251
- Setting: On-site Emergency Department
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- At least 1 year of recent emergency department or acute care nursing experience
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER nursing environment
- Current clinical skills supporting safe, timely patient care
- Flexibility and professionalism in a travel nursing assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs
- Perform triage, assessments, and ongoing patient monitoring in the emergency department
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely treatment and discharge planning
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and hospital standards
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
- Respond quickly and calmly to changes in patient condition
- Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient experience in the ER
