Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
- Strong ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform rapid assessments and initiate timely interventions for emergent and urgent conditions
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
- Deliver compassionate care while supporting efficient patient flow in a busy ED setting
