Job Details
- Position: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN)

- Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
- Schedule: Every other weekend; 36-48 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,040-$2,150

Job Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemetry, intermediate care, or a related specialty
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and prioritization skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to telemetry and intermediate care patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient condition promptly
- Perform thorough assessments and communicate significant findings to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards and unit protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital guidelines
- Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and discharge planning
