Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU RN experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to secure housing prior to assignment acceptance
- Experience in a high-acuity critical care or intensive care unit setting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changes in status
- Administer medications, manage treatments, and support complex care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
- Deliver compassionate critical care while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment
