- Location: Davis, CA 95616
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
- Start Date: 10/05/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,090 – $2,200
- Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
- Shifts Per Week: 4 shifts per week
- Schedule: Start times are typically around 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM; every other full weekend required
- Charting System: Epic
- Orientation: 16 hours
Job Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient infusion experience
- BLS certification required
- ONS/ONCC chemotherapy-bio certification required
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Strong knowledge of infusion center workflows and safe chemotherapy administration practices
- Ability to meet compliance requirements prior to start date
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality infusion nursing care in an outpatient setting
- Administer chemotherapy and biologic therapies safely and accurately
- Access and manage ports, central lines, and implanted lines
- Monitor patients for side effects and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Recognize and communicate abnormal lab values promptly
- Practice appropriate body fluid handling and cytotoxic spill management protocols
- Follow isolation precautions and PPE standards to maintain a safe care environment
- Support patient education and comfort throughout treatment visits
