- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,030 – $3,190
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- ACLS certification preferred or required per unit needs
- Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience
- Recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience within the last 3 years
- High-risk Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Labor & Delivery nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Assist with admissions, assessments, labor support, and delivery preparation
- Support safe, patient-centered care for high-risk obstetric cases as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia, and the broader obstetric care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold unit protocols and safety standards
