Job Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
- Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience
- BLS certification preferred or required based on state guidelines
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
- Ability to follow safety, infection control, and facility procedures
- Experience supporting routine patient care, clinical support, and documentation
Responsibilities
- Assist the Registered Nurse with routine patient care and bedside support
- Provide compassionate, attentive care that supports patient comfort and safety
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow safety practices, including safe patient handling and fall prevention
- Support a clean, organized, and efficient care environment
- Communicate patient needs and observations clearly to the care team
- Adhere to facility guidelines, HIPAA standards, and quality expectations
