Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in patient care coordination, patient access, scheduling, or a related healthcare support role
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, or other acute care healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Ability to manage patient scheduling workflows and support front office or administrative healthcare processes
• EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to complete required onsite training and successfully pass associated testing
• Professionalism, reliability, and teamwork in a patient-centered hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling and support efficient access to care in a hospital setting
• Assist with administrative support and patient service functions for clinical teams
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth care coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation and support scheduling systems and workflow processes
• Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities throughout the day
• Participate in required onsite scheduling training and apply learned processes in daily operations
• Support the overall patient experience through timely, organized, and compassionate coordination
