Job Requirements
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
- Completion of required onboarding, screening, and compliance documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Support patients and coordinate care with the broader nursing team
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physician orders accurately
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses thoroughly in the medical record
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding, recovery, and discharge readiness
- Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced hospital environment
